 Your Work Profile

Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager / Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead Infrastructure Operations, Data Center Transformation, Virtualization, and Cloud Infrastructure programs.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, data center, and service management programs.
• Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter upgrade, migration, optimization, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Drive Wintel programs covering Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Failover Clustering.
• Manage SLA/KPI performance, service governance, operational reviews, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Lead data center migration, transformation, modernization, and infrastructure consolidation programs.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, security, storage, and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage budgets, risks, project plans, governance, vendor engagement, and executive reporting.
• Lead major incidents, RCA reviews, problem management, and service improvement initiatives.
• Mentor project managers, technical leads, and infrastructure engineers.
• Exposure to Oracle VM (OVM) environments and migration programs will be an added advantage.

Key Skills Required

• Education – Bachelor's in Engineering.
• 10+ years of IT Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, Service Delivery, or Technical Program Management experience.
• Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and virtualization technologies.
• Deep knowledge of Data Center and Wintel infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure transformation, migration, and modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of service delivery governance, SLA/KPI management, and ITIL processes.
• Experience working across cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
• Strong stakeholder, customer, vendor, and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Oracle VM (OVM) knowledge or experience is preferred but not mandatory.
