Job Title:  Associate Director | ServiceNow Developer - ITOM / ITAM / GRC | Bengaluru | ServiceNow

·      Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.

·      Lead functional and technical workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements for asset lifecycle processes including procurement, allocation, tracking, maintenance, and retirement.

·      Translate business requirements into technical design documents, user stories, workflows, and development tasks.

·      Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HAM modules including Asset Models, Stockrooms, Procurement, Receiving, Asset Lifecycle workflows, and HAM Pro features.

·      Implement OOTB best practices for asset discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and CMDB alignment.

·      Design, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow SAM module including License Models, Entitlements, Reconciliation, Normalization, and Software Lifecycle workflows.

·      Implement SAM Pro features such as Publisher Packs, reclamation rules, normalization, and compliance calculations.
