Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead enterprise-wide CPM/EPM transformation programs based on CCH Tagetik.
  • Define solution strategies and roadmaps aligned with client's finance transformation objectives.
  • Advise CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, and Finance executives on best practices.
  • Drive adoption of modern finance processes and automation initiatives.

Solution Architecture & Delivery

  • Own overall solution architecture and implementation approach.
  • Lead design of:
  • Financial Consolidation & Close
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Strategic Planning
  • Management Reporting
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • ESG & Sustainability Reporting
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing Tagetik solutions.
  • Provide governance throughout project lifecycle.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build executive-level relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and project escalations.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key client engagements.

Program & Delivery Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent implementation and support engagements.
  • Oversee project financials, resource planning, and delivery excellence.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Drive quality assurance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.

Practice Development

  • Contribute to Tagetik practice growth and capability development.
  • Define implementation accelerators, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Support hiring, mentoring, and career development of consultants and managers.
  • Establish delivery standards and governance frameworks.

Business Development & Pre-Sales

  • Support sales pursuits, RFPs, and proposal development.
  • Lead solution demonstrations and executive presentations.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop market offerings around Tagetik.

Team Leadership

  • Lead Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants.
  • Build high-performing delivery teams.
  • Conduct performance reviews and talent development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, CPM/EPM, or Financial Systems.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik.
  • Experience leading global finance transformation programs.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale implementation projects and teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
  • CCH Tagetik Certification(s).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
  • Experience with Big Four consulting firms or leading system integrators.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, ESG reporting frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
