Your work profile
The Program is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of programs or accounts.
This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes while driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Key skills required:
- Experience with AWS: Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions, Glue, IAM.
- Preferred: Amazon Connect, Amazon Q.
- Strong communication; experience working in onshore/offshore, large-team delivery.
- Proven REST API integration experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns.
- Collaborate with stream leads, BA, and tech lead; align to governance and QA standards.
- Experience with GitHub branching workflows; Bitbucket preferred.
