Your work profile

  • Design, develop, and implement Anaplan solutions across Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain and other business planning use cases, with appropriate training and guidance for candidates new to Anaplan.
  • Understand business processes, planning requirements and data flows, and translate them into functional requirements and scalable Anaplan solutions.
  • Participate in or lead project delivery activities depending on experience, ensuring timely and quality execution of Anaplan implementations.
  • Support sprint planning, requirement workshops, solution design, customer demonstrations, testing, documentation and user training.
  • Engage with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and recommend planning and process improvement opportunities.
  • Apply Finance, Accounting, Costing, FP&A, Supply Chain or related functional knowledge to develop effective planning, forecasting and reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to delivery efficiency, project management, team learning and development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

 

Key skills required

  • 0-3+ years of relevant experience in Anaplan implementation, Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Costing, Management Accounting, Supply Chain Planning, Business Planning or related functional areas. Freshers with relevant professional/academic qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate qualification, preferably CA, CMA, MBA/PGDM (Finance, Operations or Supply Chain), B.Com, M.Com or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of one or more business areas such as financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, costing, profitability analysis, working capital, demand planning, supply planning or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for working with data, numbers, business processes and technology.
  • Good communication, presentation and stakeholder interaction skills, with the ability to understand and articulate business requirements.
  • For experienced candidates, hands-on Anaplan model development, solution design, implementation and/or project delivery experience will be valued.
  • Ability and willingness to learn Anaplan and other planning technologies and manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to FP&A, Financial Planning, Management Accounting, Costing, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP/IBP, Demand Planning or related business processes through employment, internship, articleship, academic projects or professional qualification.
  • Anaplan certification or prior Anaplan exposure is preferred for experienced candidates but is not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
  • Candidates pursuing or having completed CA, CMA or MBA/PGDM in Finance, Operations or Supply Chain with strong analytical and business-process understanding will be preferred for entry-level roles.
  • Consulting, ERP/EPM, financial modelling, advanced Excel, data analysis or project management exposure will be an added advantage.
