Appian Senior Developer

Role Summary
The Appian Senior Developer is responsible for building, configuring, and supporting Appian applications under the guidance of Leads and Architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Appian applications using SAIL, Process Models, and Expression Rules
- Build user interfaces, workflows, and data models as per design specifications
- Implement integrations with databases and external applications
- Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable Appian components
- Participate in code reviews and unit testing
- Support application deployments and post‑production issues
- Follow Appian and project-specific development standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of IT experience with 2–4 years of Appian development experience
- Hands-on experience in SAIL UI, Process Models, and Records
- Basic understanding of integrations (REST APIs, databases)
- Familiarity with Appian deployment and environment concepts
- Good analytical and debugging skills
Preferred Certifications
- Appian Certified Senior Developer or Associate Developer
