Job Summary

We are looking for a Consultant (Operations) – Integration Track with experience in supporting enterprise integration platforms and services. The role involves monitoring integration workflows, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring smooth operation of middleware, APIs, and data integration systems in production environments.

The candidate will work closely with L1 support, L3 engineering teams, and application development teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain high availability of integration services, including Order Management System (OMS) integrations supporting order lifecycle processes.


Key Responsibilities

L2 Integration Support

• Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise integration platforms and middleware systems.

• Monitor and support integration services such as APIs, messaging systems, and data pipelines.

• Troubleshoot integration failures, data flow issues, and connectivity problems.

• Analyze logs and identify root causes of integration errors.

• Support OMS-related integrations, including order creation, updates, fulfilment, and status synchronization across systems.


Incident & Service Management

• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets according to defined SLAs.

• Handle order processing issues arising from OMS-integrated systems and ensure timely resolution.

• Escalate complex issues to L3 support or development teams when necessary.

• Participate in incident bridges for critical production issues.


Monitoring & Operations

• Monitor integration jobs, API calls, message queues, and system alerts.

• Ensure data synchronization and integration processes are functioning correctly.

• Track order flows and OMS transaction pipelines across upstream and downstream systems.

• Support batch jobs, scheduled integrations, and system maintenance activities.


Collaboration

• Work closely with L1 support teams for issue triaging.

• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and integration engineering teams to resolve defects.

• Collaborate with OMS/business teams for resolving order-related issues.

• Contribute to operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base updates.


Required Skills

• Experience in L2 Production / Application Support

• Good understanding of enterprise integration and middleware concepts

• Experience with API integrations, messaging systems, or data integration tools

• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills

• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.)

• Knowledge of incident and problem management processes

Basic understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and order lifecycle (order creation, fulfillment, status updates)


Preferred Skills

• Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or IBM Integration technologies

• Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.)

• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices

• Exposure to OMS platforms (e.g., IBM Sterling OMS, SAP OMS, or similar) is a plus
