The Program PMO, typically a PMO Analyst (JG5), provides end‑to‑end PMO ownership for a program ($5M - $20M), ensuring strong delivery governance, financial discipline, cross‑project integration, and consistent application of PDF & PMO standards.

  • Oversees the overall health of the program, ensuring financials, schedules, risks, and delivery status from all projects are accurate and validated. Manages Data Quality.
  • Prepares and consolidates inputs for program governance forums, including SteerCos and DRBs.
  • Supports program budgeting, forecasting, project change requests. monitoring & analyzing variances/trends, and ensuring IDT Managers have accurate information for budget decisions.
  • Ensures all project and program financial data meets required standards; manages cost controls within the program including program-level cost tracker.
  • Works with Portfolio PMO for risk management and value tracking in ServiceNow.
  • Ensures PDF compliance, governance readiness, and consistent use of PMO best practices across all projects.
  • Manages program‑level resourcing and highlights utilization hotspots.
  • Is an expert in PMO tools and provides guidance and training to contractors.
  • Ensures programs are ready for assurance and controls activities.
  • Ensures strong information management in programs.

The Project PMO, typically a PMO Analyst (JG6), provides project‑level PMO support for initiatives up to $5M, ensuring accurate data, disciplined execution, strong governance support, and adherence to PDF and PMO standards. Ensures risks, financials, schedules, dependencies, and reporting are well maintained for the Project Manager.

  • Oversees the overall health of the project, ensuring financials, risks, schedules, and delivery status are updated, accurate, and validated.
  • Maintains and updates project‑level data before internal project and program reviews.
  • Supports project‑level OP/LE preparation, ensures project Cost Tracker is maintained and initiates WBSE requests in finance systems.
  • Supports Latest Estimate updates, tracking variances and highlighting deviations to the Project Manager and IDT Manager.
  • Ensures PDF compliance at project level and maintains artefact repositories, ensuring strong Information Management practices are maintained.
  • Raises Resource Plans as per project resourcing forecast and manages overall resourcing details in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborates with Program PMO and Portfolio PMO for consistent PMO standards and data quality.
  • Ensures projects are ready for assurance and controls activities.
