Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the client onboarding team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Continuously improve onboarding processes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML).

Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders, resolving issues and managing expectations.

Oversee onboarding operations, collaborating with functions like Legal and Credit Services.

Focus on process optimization, risk management, and maintaining internal control standards.

Drive team development through training, performance management, and mentoring.

Lead onboarding strategy, growth, and migration projects.

Desired Experience & Skills

5 years of banking experience, preferably in client onboarding.

Strong leadership, operational, and strategic thinking abilities.

Expertise in KYC, client due diligence, and process management.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage pressure with accuracy.

Ensure smooth, timely client onboarding, managing expectations and communication.

Build strong client relationships and provide training on bank systems.

Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.

Meet onboarding KPIs (TAT, SLA, pipeline health).

Adapt to regulatory and industry changes, implementing them effectively.

Collaborate with partner teams to streamline onboarding.

Proactively manage issues and improve processes to reduce costs and enhance client experience.
