Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Conversational AI/Developer/Senior Developers/Architect to join our team. As a Conversational AI Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art Conversational solutions using Large Language Models(LLM), Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and other niche technologies and platforms. You will play a crucial role in advancing our AI capabilities, driving innovation, and solving complex problems using generative AI techniques. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Java Script (JS), Python programming, and extensive experience working with large language models.

Responsibility

·      Design and implement conversational AI solutions using hyperscaler/low code platforms such as Kore AI, Google DIalogflow, AWS Lex, MS Botframework or similar platforms 

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, conversational designers, and software developers.

·      Highly proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js etc

·      Deep expertise in integrating Conversational Applications with enterprise systems and third-party APIs. 

·      Strong working experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), bot performance Optimization and NLP tuning. 

·      Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, large language models, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

·      Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members in the field of generative AI and large language models.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering/science with 2-10 years relevant experience

·      Strong proficiency in Python/node.js programming and experience with conversational AI frameworks such as Kore, AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow etc.

·      Experience working with large language models such as GPT-3, GPT-4, Azure Open AI, Google Vertex, LLAMA or similar models

·      Proven track record of developing and implementing generative AI models for text, image, or other data types.

·      Familiarity with transfer learning and pre-training techniques for large language models.

·      Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.

·      Develop and optimize prompts for various natural language processing tasks using few-shot, one-shot, and zero-shot learning techniques.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
