Overview
We are looking for a hands-on GCP CCaaS Engineer with strong experience in GCP data engineering, Dialogflow CX, CX Agent Studio, and Agent Assist. The role combines data pipelines + conversational AI + GenAI to build next‑generation contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering (GCP)
· Build ELT/ETL pipelines using BigQuery, Dataform, Cloud Composer/Airflow, GCS.
· Develop data models and implement CDC/SCD, SQL procedures, and complex transformations.
· Optimize BigQuery with partitioning, clustering, tuning.
· Apply BigQuery CLS/RLS, IAM roles, and security best practices.
· Build Looker views, explores, dashboards.
CCAI & Conversational AI
· Develop conversational flows using Dialogflow CX and CX Agent Studio.
· Implement Agent Assist – Insights & Summarization (Must‑Have).
· Build Python webhooks on Cloud Functions/Run.
· Integrate with enterprise APIs (REST/JSON).
· Perform prompt engineering to guide LLM behavior.
Platform & Networking
· Strong knowledge of GCP networking: VPCs, NAT, PSC, DNS.
· Implement monitoring, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.
Must‑Have Skills
· GCP: BigQuery, Dataform, Cloud Composer, Looker
· Python, SQL (window functions, table functions, SPs)
· CDC/SCD, ELT/ETL pipeline design
· Dialogflow CX, CX Agent Studio
· Agent Assist – Insights & Summarization
· API integration (REST/JSON)
· Prompt engineering
· GCP Networking fundamentals
Good-to-Have Skills
· SAP data modeling (SD, MM, FI, O2C, P2P); GenAI, RAG, embeddings, agentic workflows; Telephony integration (Genesys/Avaya/Twilio); Databricks on GCP, data lineage/governance; multi-language agent design; Gemini Enterprise experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Overall Experience: 2-15 years
