Business Analyst Functional | Consultant

Job Summary

Candidate should have 3+ years of experience in total, with at least 2-3 years of Business Analyst Functional role. He/She requires to interact with client and do requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design solution based on industry best practices in Project Management. He/She requires to connect with technical team and help the team in understanding the requirement, design and build the solution. He/She requires to build test cases and test the solution as per the business requirement. He/She requires to co-ordinate with client in performing the UAT, providing trainings of the solution, preparing training materials and help team in rolling out the solution to end users.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering, do requirement analysis, and documenting the requirement.
• Should have good understandings of Project Management functionalities like Planning, Scheduling, Resource Management, Risk Management, Issues Management, Change Management, Document Management
• Should be able to map business requirement to Project Management Functionalities and build solution design accordingly.
• Should have understanding on the Project report requirements and able to design reports as per client requirement.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and help team in building Demos.
• Able to choose and suggest right Project Management tool for the client as per the requirement.
• Ready to travel, as and when needed.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge or Understanding of Project Management Tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps (preferable, if knowledgeable or have understanding in at least 1 of the above)
• Good verbal, written and negotiation communication skills.
• Good presentation skills

Education and Experience

• Any Graduate
• Overall 3+ years of experience with at least:
• Min 2-3 years of experience as Project Management Functional Consultant
• Knowledge of Project Management tool / BI tool is preferable.
