Your work profile
Responsible for supporting implementation, configuration, and testing of Supply Chain Management processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis for Supply Chain modules
- Configure modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Sales and Marketing, Master Planning and Warehouse Management
- Prepare Functional Design Document (FDD) and coordinate with technical teams for customizations
- Perform Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training
- Assist in data migration and master data setup
- Provide post-go-live support
Key skills required
- Minimum 3–6 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Candidate to be certified in “Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate“
- Understanding of Fit-Gap analysis and business process mapping
- Exposure to LCS, Power Platform Admin Centre and Azure DevOps.
