Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Work you’ll do

 

  • L1 Support
  • Provide second-line technical support for issues escalated from L1 support teams.
  • Ensure all incidents are logged, tracked, and updated in the ticketing system.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner(s) to help prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
  • Work with Development team for resolving blocking/urgent issues
  • Work with Topic Owners and Development team for User Story Refinement
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, touch point, intake and refinement meetings
  • Perform initial analysis of the issue (Intake Meeting) and get all the data/details required for developing a solution from the end users(market)
  • Deploying Urgent/Priority tasks provided by Development team
  • Assist end users for any access related issues
  • Collaborate external vendors/Topic Owners for complex issues that require advanced troubleshooting.
  • Maintain clear communication/ transparency with users throughout the incident resolution process, providing updates as necessary.
  • Monitor the IT environment for any recurring issues and suggest preventive measures.
  • Updating the tickets when any tasks/bundle has been deployed to specific environment from the Release Management Team
  • Monitor the progress of sprint work and escalate blockers as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, Topic Owners, and users, to gather requirements and feedback.
