Job Summary:

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant with 4-7 years of experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and Git, along with expertise in Infrastructure as Code/Infrastructure as Data (IaC/IaD). The candidate will support software delivery automation, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management to accelerate deployment cycles and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Git repositories.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and security scanning within pipelines.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure resources using IaC/IaD best practices.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and infrastructure deployment issues; implement fixes and optimizations.
• Support migration and deployment of applications to cloud and hybrid environments.
• Maintain version control strategies and enforce Git best practices across teams.
• Document pipeline configurations, infrastructure code, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior team members and promote DevOps culture and practices.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Strong proficiency with Git source control management and branching/merging strategies.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying infrastructure in these environments.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience in integrating automated testing and security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.

Preferred Qualifications:
