Your work profile

• Lead digital transformation assessments and maturity evaluations.
• Define business capability maps, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and value realization frameworks.
• Support enterprise architecture, application rationalization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver transformation outcomes.
• Prepare executive presentations, recommendations, and governance reports.

Key skills required

•  
• 6–12 years of consulting or digital transformation experience.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Agile delivery and digital operating models.
• Knowledge of Cloud, AI/GenAI, Automation (RPA), Data & Analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
