Job Title: IT Consultant CAQ Systems (Opcenter Quality)

  • Here's where you make the difference
  • As part of our Development Team, you have the technical responsibility for design, development and optimization of software core components for a web-based project management solution in the business area of Siemens Mobility.
  • In your new role, you will design, develop and optimize core components of project management solution at Siemens Mobility.
  • Understand business requirements and configure Opcenter Quality to meet requirements.
  • Supports business processes as they relate to the Opcenter Quality.
  • Works with other Business Analysts to develop best practices around the integration and deployment of Opcenter Quality Tools within existing architectures in a multi-site environment.
  • Prepare test- cases and test for Opcenter
  • Responsible for Opcenter support including analysis/requirements and project scope documents.

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Dassault Systems certification (optional but preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Strong knowledge of PLM concepts, workflows, and business processes.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

·      Proficiency in troubleshooting application and database issues related to PLM software.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical teams and end-users.

·      Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests effectively.

·      Maintain transparency by documenting ticket progress and compliance with SLAs in the tracking system.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Proficient in troubleshooting server, database (Oracle/SQL Server), and client issues.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
