1. Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and other end-user devices.
2. Set up and manage on-site IT kiosks for user support (e.g., "Transfer Assist" booths).
3. Handle support ticket resolution through tools like ServiceNow.
4. Provide hands-on and remote technical support to users
5. Establish priority escalation channels and handle hypercare scenarios.
6. Manage software installation, updates, and user account configurations.
7. Assist with hardware troubleshooting and replacements.
8. Document recurring issues and provide feedback for improvements.
