Your work profile.

Role: QA / Tester – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Role Summary:

1.      The individual will be responsible for both manual and automated testing of CRM functionalities and integrations, with a focus on Dynamics 365, Azure services, SAP interfaces, and external APIs.

2.      This role involves hands-on work in test case design, automation scripting, execution, defect tracking, and documentation of test results using JIRA.

3.      The QA will work closely with developers, functional consultants to ensure high-quality delivery and deployment readiness.

4.      A key responsibility is to perform end-to-end integration and automated regression testing to ensure system stability, data accuracy, and a seamless user experience across environments.

5.      Experience with automation frameworks and performance testing is preferred, though not mandatory.

6.      The role also includes active participation in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, managing and retesting defects in JIRA, supporting UAT activities, maintaining test coverage and traceability in Xray, and coordinating with onshore counterparts for clarifications, test results, and sign-offs.

Tools & Frameworks:

• JIRA: User story tracking, sprint management, and defect tracking.
• Xray: Test case management and execution traceability within JIRA.
• Postman/Similar Tools: For API and integration testing.
• Azure Portal / Azure DevOps: For validating Azure integrations, functions, triggers, and logic apps.

Desired qualifications

·      B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualification/experience

·      Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Security model and Power Platform.
