Your Work Profile
GBS Strategy & Operating Model Design
- Support data collection, analysis, and benchmarking
- Assist in developing GBS business cases, operating models, and transition plans
- Support location assessments, workforce planning, and feasibility analysis
Target Operating Model & Transition Delivery
- Support GCC transition activities, knowledge transfer, and stabilization tracking
- Prepare client-ready materials, dashboards, and documentation
- Conduct appropriate market research and analysis to provide insights to client team
Digital & Analytics Enablement
- Support on application of analytics, process mining, and automation concepts within GBS and Outsourcing programs
- Work with digital and AI teams to embed technology into delivery models
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Work with client managers and Deloitte team leads
- Conduct project management activities
- Conduct appropriate market research and analysis to provide insights to client team
- Coordinate with cross-functional Deloitte teams and global stakeholders
Practice Development
- Contribute to RFPs, solutioning, and proposal development
- Support IP creation, thought leadership, and capability building
Note : This role involves extensive domestic and international travel.
Key Skills Required
- 3-5 years of consulting or transformation experience
- Bachelor’s degree from Tier 1 college/ Chartered Accountant; Masters/ MBA preferred
- Exposure to GBS/ shared services/ outsourcing strategy, design, and transition management
- Exposure to large scale, multi-functional transformation programs
- Ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and internal team
- Proficient user of Microsoft suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint and
- Experience in executing technology led transformation program
- Expertise in one or more shared services functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, IT operations/ processes is a plus
- Exposure to vendor management strategy and operations is a plus
- Exposure to technologies such AWS, Azure, Data Analytics, Automation and Engineering tools is a plus
