About the Role:

We are seeking a GCP Infrastructure Consultant to support, engineer, and optimize enterprise-scale cloud environments hosted on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with solid experience in GCP infrastructure services, automation, cloud governance, and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and operate GCP Landing Zones, IAM configuration, VPC setup, firewall rules, and resource governance.

• Deploy and maintain Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Load Balancers.

• Contribute to IaC using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.

• Perform administration, patching, performance analysis, and capacity planning.

• Participate in incident response and RCA.

• Support cost optimization and usage governance.

• Implement monitoring using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Trace, and Alerting.

• Strengthen security using Security Command Center, VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, and KMS.

• Create documentation, runbooks, SOPs.

• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years IT/cloud experience with 2–3 years in GCP.

• Strong understanding of Compute, VPC, IAM, GKE, Cloud SQL, Storage, Pub/Sub.

• Hands-on with Terraform, GCP CLI, and scripting (Python/Shell).

• Knowledge of networking, routing, firewalls.

• Experience with cloud operations and DR.

• GCP certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to AWS/Azure.

• Experience with GKE operations.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar.
