Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based AI platforms. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, software engineers, and solution architects to deliver scalable AI-driven products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and optimize AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and open-source models.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using APIs and microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
• Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of multimodal AI solutions (text, image, audio, video).
• Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Generative AI are preferred.
