Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and fine-tune GenAI models for text, code, images, audio, or multimodal applications.
• Work hands-on with LLMs and foundation models for specific enterprise use cases.
• Lead the development of GenAI-powered applications, agents, and copilots.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, engineering, domain experts) to identify and solve high-value use cases.
• Guide R&D on GenAI trends, model benchmarking, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
• Own delivery from PoC to production-grade implementation, including performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Mentor teams and contribute to building a GenAI Center of Excellence (CoE).

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of total experience, with strong recent exposure to GenAI and foundational models.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and APIs.
• Proficient in Python and libraries.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Exposure to vector databases
• Familiarity with cloud-native GenAI capabilities.
