Your work profile
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, and advanced knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI agents.
- The role demands strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects.
Key skills required
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LangChain, and LangGraph. Experience in banking or financial services industry preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Python programming for AI/ML applications. Knowledge and experience in supporting one or more Finance sub-functional areas partnering with in country and global teams –
- Working with large language models and NLP pipelines. Management Reporting / FP&A
- NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Reporting Operations, Product Control & Global Treasury
- Experience with both open-source and enterprise-grade LLMs. Strong Excel skills and experience handling high data volumes
- Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex matters simply
- Education : Graduated (Any degree)
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or SAP).
