Job Title: Consultant – Generative AI (GenAI)

Location: PAN India (Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Gurugram / Pune)

Experience: 3–7 years

Role Overview

• Support design and implementation of Generative AI solutions across client transformation programs.
• Work on AI-led innovation initiatives including LLM-based applications, intelligent automation, and AI-powered analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and responsible AI solutions aligned to Deloitte delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

GenAI Solution Development

• Design and develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.
• Build use cases including:
• Conversational AI / Chatbots
• Document intelligence & summarization
• Code generation & automation
• Knowledge assistants
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize model performance.
• Integrate GenAI solutions into enterprise systems via APIs and microservices.

AI Engineering & Architecture

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
• Develop pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and embedding.
• Support deployment on cloud platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization.

Responsible AI & Governance

• Ensure AI solutions align with ethical AI principles and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct bias evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and model risk assessment.
• Implement access controls, monitoring, and audit logging for AI systems.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Participate in client workshops to identify AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into AI solution designs.
• Prepare client-ready documentation, demos, and presentations.
• Support PoCs, MVPs, and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineers.

Technology Stack (Preferred)

• Programming: Python, JavaScript
• Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
• Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL, Vector databases
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or software development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts and ML fundamentals.

Good to Have

• Experience in enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Exposure to MLOps frameworks.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP Act India).
• Prior consulting experience (Big 4 / Tier-1 firms).
