·      2-5 years of work experience with full time graduation.

·      Understanding of basic IT concepts.

·      Understanding of system administration.

·      Understanding of database management systems.

·      Incident management and documentation.

·      Good interpersonal skills and communication (written and verbal)

·      Work location will be Bangalore at Client office.

·      No work from home or Hybrid office.

·      Ready to work in rotational shifts (no night shifts).
