Job Title:  Consultant| Intune SCCM | Bengaluru | Engineering | Data Modernization & Migration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Deploy and manage applications, software updates, and security patches.
• Manage Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles in Intune.
• Manage SCCM collections, task sequences, and operating system deployments.
• Troubleshoot application installation, patching, and device management issues.
• Support Windows Autopilot deployment and device provisioning.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and ensure adherence to IT security policies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint management issues.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment.
• Knowledge of patch management and endpoint security.
• Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
