Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba L3 Support Consultant with strong full-stack development experience in Java and Angular. The role involves advanced production support, complex issue resolution, and development of enhancements and custom applications integrated with SAP Ariba.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 support for SAP Ariba applications and integrated custom solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve complex production issues involving SAP Ariba, Java backend services, Angular and Angular Js frontend applications.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
  • Support and configure SAP Ariba modules including:
  • Sourcing
  • Guided Buying
  • ACC
  • ACW
  • Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
  • Design, develop, and support custom Java-based microservices integrated with SAP Ariba via CIG/APIs.
  • Develop and maintain Angular UI components for procurement-related applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between SAP Ariba, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and custom applications.
  • Work with REST APIs, XML/JSON, and middleware for data exchange.
  • Coordinate with SAP Support (OSS tickets) for critical issues.
  • Participate in change management, deployments, UAT, and releases.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and provide timely status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in SAP Ariba L3 Support and production environments.
  • Hands-on experience in Core Java , Spring / Spring Boot , Junit development.
  • Strong frontend development skills in Angular , AngularJS ,HTML, CSS, Java Script , Karma.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba CIG, integrations, and APIs.
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management (ITIL).
  • Familiarity with jenkins pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Ariba Certification (preferred).
  • Education - Any Grauates or BE/ BTech
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP).

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP Cloud, Central Finance, and integration with non-SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of emerging finance technologies (RPA, AI/ML in Finance, data analytics).
  • Industry experience in sectors such as Consumer, Energy, Financial Services, or Life Sciences.
  • Global project delivery and stakeholder management exposure.
