Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to drive technical quality across a full-stack application built on Vue.js and Java Spring Boot. This role owns debugging, testing rigor, and code/design review standards, and requires solid working knowledge of the CI/CD and deployment pipeline — even though pipeline ownership sits elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities

•    Oversee testing and debugging efforts across the application stack; design and implement fixes for identified defects.

•    Research and diagnose complex software issues; recommend and drive adjustments to resolve root causes.

•    Champion best practices for testing, CI/CD, and overall code quality across the engineering team.

•    Conduct code reviews and design reviews, ensuring adherence to technical and architectural standards.

•    Maintain hands-on, end-to-end understanding of the CI/CD deployment process — not owning the pipeline, but able to reason about it, troubleshoot within it, and guide the team through it.

Required Skills

•    Frontend: Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML

•    Backend: Java, Spring Boot

•    CI/CD: Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling and end-to-end deployment workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions)

•    Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills

•    Demonstrated experience mentoring or technically leading engineers

Nice to Have

•    Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Education Qualification : Any Graduate Degree
