Welcome Assist Fast Track - Fullstack Required Skills and Qualifications: • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot framework. • Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and microservices architecture. • Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON-based communication. • Good knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL • Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Redis • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, • Experience with AWS cloud platforms, Kubernetes and Docker is a must • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and a test-driven development (TDD) approach. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
