- Managing the Anypoint Platform e.g.: Application deployments, Certificate renewals etc.
- Knowledge in ITIL process and have knowledge on any ticketing system

- Intermediate knowledge in Linux Administration
- Knowledge on deployment of Applications using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
- Troubleshooting Application failures and work with developers to fix the issue
