Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies and business plans for public and private sector clients in consumer, retail and new age organizations.
- Design and deliver transformation initiatives, focusing on organizational structure, skills, culture, and performance.
- Improve HR function efficiency by challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities.
- Implement future-state HR functions with a focus on employee experience.
- Develop and execute leadership development programs and culture change initiatives.
- Facilitate learning and development programs through workshops and labs.
- Support executive talent acquisition efforts.
What You Offer:
