Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and certified Kubernetes Lead (CKA) to spearhead the implementation and management of our on-premises Kubernetes clusters. The ideal candidate will lead the design, deployment, and operational excellence of container orchestration platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead the design and implementation of on-prem Kubernetes clusters.
• - Manage and maintain cluster health, performance, and scalability.
• - Oversee upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of Kubernetes components.
• - Establish and enforce security policies including RBAC, network policies, and secrets management.
• - Integrate Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• - Troubleshoot complex issues related to pods, nodes, networking, and storage.
• - Mentor and guide junior administrators and DevOps engineers.
• - Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• - Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) – mandatory.
• - 5+ years of experience in Kubernetes administration and implementation.
• - Expertise in containerization (Docker), Linux systems, and networking.
• - Hands-on experience with monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), logging (ELK, Fluentd), and service meshes (Istio, Linkerd).
• - Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• - Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• - Experience with storage solutions like Ceph, NFS, or CSI drivers.
• - Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• - Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and cloud-native technologies.

Qualification- Any Graduate

• - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
