Job Title:  Consultant | Oracle Fusion - Payroll | Delhi | HR Transformation

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Fusion Payroll modules, along with strong technical expertise to support payroll processes and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Payroll modules to meet client-specific payroll requirements.
• Develop and maintain payroll interfaces, reports, and interfaces using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
• Perform payroll data migrations, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Design and implement payroll enhancements, extensions, and customizations using Oracle Fusion tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and troubleshoot payroll APIs, web services, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Support payroll processing, testing, and validation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
• Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Payroll releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules.
• Experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll setup, including element entries, payroll flows, and calculations.
• Knowledge of payroll data migrations, interfaces, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud development tools such as Page Composer, VBCS, and Extensibility Framework.
• Good understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Oracle Fusion Payroll Certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on end-to-end payroll implementations.
• Knowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules such as Compensation, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
