Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects.
- Develop, implement, and manage project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on project status, milestones, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate resource allocation, project prioritization, and capacity planning to optimize delivery.
- Support project managers in risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
- Maintain and update the centralized project repository, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Conduct project audits and reviews to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance on project management tools and techniques.
- Analyze project data to generate insights and recommendations for improving project delivery.
