Job Title: Consultant | Order Management and Inventory | Bengaluru | Oracle
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-cycle implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design (MD50/BR100), configuration, and go-live activities.
- Module Configuration: Set up and maintain core manufacturing components such as Work Definitions, Work Orders, Work Centers, Resources, Routings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Business Process Mapping: Translate complex business requirements into standard Oracle functional flows, conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Integration & Data Migration: Manage data uploads using FBDI and ADFdi tools; collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Manufacturing and other modules like SCM, Finance, and Planning.
- Production Support: Provide L2/L3 support, including root-cause analysis for manufacturing incidents and managing service requests (SRs) with Oracle.
- Reporting: Design and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of Oracle ERP experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, and SQL. Knowledge of OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and BICC is often required for senior roles.
- Domain Knowledge: Expertise in both Discrete and Process Manufacturing flows, as well as Cost Management and Quality Management.
- Certifications: Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or SCM Cloud Certifications are highly preferred.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering is standard.
