As a Analyst/Consultant/Sr. Con/Manager in our <SAP TEAM > Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, and advanced knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI agents. The role demands strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects.

Education:

BE/Btech/Bachelor of Engineering/Graduate 

Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models to drive business insights and innovation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy ML solutions at scale.
• Evaluate and improve model accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Translate business challenges into ML use cases and technical requirements.
• Drive experimentation and A/B testing to validate model effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest research, frameworks, and trends in ML/AI.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the ML capability roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of overall professional experience.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks
• Proficient in Python and libraries
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models using cloud platforms
• Solid grounding in statistics, linear algebra, and data analysis.
• Exposure to MLOps and production-level ML pipelines is a plus.
• Familiarity with large language models, generative AI, or NLP is an advantage.
