Job Title:  Consultant | PEGA | Bengaluru | Artificial Intelligence & Data

We are seeking a skilled Senior PEGA QA Automation Engineer with a strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing manual and Automation test plans as well as Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner. Candidate should have hands on experience of PEGA QA as well as working knowledge of Automation framework and tools, processes and techniques used preferably Selenium using Gherkin with Cucumber. Candidate should also possess experience working in PEGA QA application and should be aware of all the major Pega terminologies.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

 Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and customers to understand requirements and identify testing needs.

 Develop, understand, and create test cases, and test scripts.

 Drafting end-to-end test cases, test scripts.

 Use SQL queries for effective testing (data comparison in test scenarios).

 Responsible for improving Automation for all project deliverables and for following defined processes and tools and alignment with overall QE strategy and framework.

 Working knowledge of Automation framework and tools, processes and techniques used preferably Selenium - BDD using Gherkin with Cucumber.

 Maintenance of existing test Automation solutions by continuous adaptation of test suites and creation of new automation test framework.

 Skilled in any one or more languages preferably Java/Python.

 Ability to think out of the box and implement latest solutions to problems.

Person specification:

 Minimum 5+ years of QA experience in ETL/Cloud/Automation Testing.

 At least 5 years of hands-on Test Automation expertise using Selenium

 Working experience in SQL & Python.

 Experience in Agile project environments.

 Effective communication skills, high willingness to learn & Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
