Role Summary

We are seeking skilled Performance Test Engineers with hands-on experience in enterprise and SAP-centric landscapes. The role involves designing, executing, and analysing performance tests across SAP and non-SAP applications, identifying bottlenecks, and providing actionable insights to ensure system scalability, stability, and reliability.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for enterprise applications
  • Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner(Enterprise/Professional) and NeoLoad
  • Execute performance testing for:
  • SAP GUI applications
  • SAP FIORI applications
  • Web applications
  • Power BI dashboards
  • Microsoft Power Apps
  • Citrix-based applications
  • Perform workload modelling, test data preparation, and test execution coordination
  • Analyse test results to identify performance bottlenecks across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers
  • Leverage APM and monitoring tools to correlate performance metrics and root cause issues
  • Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with functional testing teams, developers, BASIS, infrastructure, and client stakeholders
  • Support performance testing across multiple test cycles, releases, and go-lives

  • Micro Focus LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis)

  • Experience in performance monitoring and correlation across tiers
  • Knowledge of workload modelling, SLA definition, and capacity planning
  • Ability to interpret APM data and translate it into business-focused recommendations
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing in release cycles (good to have)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent spoken and written skills and communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Educational Qualifications
