Unifier Solution Architecture & Functional Leadership
- Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of Unifier Business Processes (BPs): Cost Management, Funding, Change Management, Contracts, Payments, Schedule Integration, RFI/Submittals, Document Management, etc.
- Develop the end-to-end solution architecture across Unifier, Primavera Cloud (OPC), Primavera P6, ERP/Financials, and external systems.
- Drive standardization of project controls processes across departments and business units.
- Own the Unifier data model, governance framework, validation rules, configured UI, and security profiles.
- Evaluate new modules, features, and quarterly releases; manage roadmap adoption.
2. Technical Configuration & Development Oversight
- Oversee configuration of Shell templates, BPs, Data Pickers, Data Views, User Views, and custom forms.
- Drive development of custom logs, workflow routing, auto-population rules, triggers, data integrators, and custom actions.
- Lead report development using BI Publisher, Unifier Data Cubes, and analytics dashboards.
- Manage Unifier environments (DEV/TEST/PROD), deployments, version controls, and migration packages.
- Ensure performance tuning, data integrity, and platform stability.
Key skills required
- Experience: Typically 5 to 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 3 to 5 years specifically in Oracle Cloud O2C implementations.
- Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of credit management, billing, receivables, revenue recognition, and accounting principles.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Oracle reporting and data tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI/ADFdi for data conversion.
- Certifications: Oracle Financials Cloud (AR, GL, or CM) or SCM Cloud (Order Management) certifications are highly preferred
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, and basic SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Methodology: Familiarity with implementation methodologies such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and Agile frameworks.
- Certifications: Oracle Procurement Cloud Certification is highly preferred.
