Your work profile
This role will contribute to operational continuity and procurement effectiveness by ensuring supplier related activities are well coordinated, performance driven, and aligned to business requirements.

Key Objectives
- Enable end-to-end visibility of supplier performance and operational metrics
- Establish and support structured supplier performance management and governance
- Drive effective coordination between procurement, operations, and suppliers
- Ensure proactive issue tracking, resolution, and escalation management
- Support supply continuity through active monitoring and supplier engagement
- Facilitate supplier driven improvements, cost optimization, and innovation initiatives
- Strong exposure to global procurement environments (MedTech, Pharma, FMCG/CPG)
- Experience supporting local/regional sourcing environments or plant procurement activities
- Experience in cross-functional coordination within global operating models or CoEs
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Ariba/Coupa preferred)
- Data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with predictive intelligence models
- Experience working across global stakeholders and multiple BUs
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- GCC/Procurement CoE empowering Business Units experience
Key skills required
- Global Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Consumer Goods (FMCG/CPG) organizations
- Exposure to multi-BU / global operating models
- Understanding of supplier dependencies and sourcing dynamics in operational settings
- ERP systems: SAP, Ariba, Oracle
- Analytics tools: Excel (Advance), Power BI, Tableau
- Familiarity with supplier performance dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting systems
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing & procurement, supplier lifecycle management
- Strong exposure to global procurement environments (MedTech, Pharma, FMCG/CPG)
- Experience supporting local/regional sourcing environments or plant procurement activities
- Experience in cross-functional coordination within global operating models or CoEs
- Global Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Consumer Goods (FMCG/CPG) organizations
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / B. Com / BBA / Supply Chain or equivalent)
- MBA / master’s in supply chain / Operations (preferred)
- Certifications (preferred): CSCP
