Job Title:  Consultant | S&P - Procurement Tech | Bengaluru | Supply Chain & Network Operations

Location: Hybrid Experience: 4 to 8 Years Joiners: Immediate joiners preferred. Key Skills: Strong hands-on experience in S2P (Source-to-Pay), BSM (Business Spend Management) System functionality and configurations. Responsibilities:

•

Participate in overall Business Requirements gathering and documentation of the overall solution.

•

Coupa Configuration / Implementation and support to the project team.

•

Ensure the best practices implementation based on Industry standards.

•

Experience in Procurement / Invoicing / Sourcing, Catalogue Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management, and business performance benchmarking.

•

Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy systems would be an added advantage.

•

Need to be involved in Reviews, check the feasibility of the solution and functional fitment as per Coupa standards and best practices and align customer expectations, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery and support.

•

Prepare test cases of modules implemented and validate the deliverables before Client testing and UAT.

•

Follow up with Client and Support for issue resolution.

•

Documenting the resolution of issues and sharing with the internal team on an ongoing basis.

•

Interact with the key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis.

•

Suggest process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices.

•

Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to the technical team.

•

Contribute to the training and development of the key Coupa team.

•

Support in Pre Sales, demos, and estimates as and when required.
