Job Summary:

Deloitte is looking for a highly skilled Automation Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions across various business processes and technologies. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive intelligent automation initiatives using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions across business units.
• Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities using RPA and other automation technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional automation workflows.
• Maintain and enhance automation solutions, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Document process flows, technical designs, and test cases.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor bots in production, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay current with automation trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in process automation, with hands-on expertise in RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with ERP systems, databases, APIs, and other enterprise applications.
• Understanding of OCR technologies, AI/ML concepts, and intelligent automation is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Certifications in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.) are highly desirable.
