We are looking for a driven and analytical Business Technology Professional with 2–4 years of experience in Capital Markets technology solutions. You will support digital transformation, application development, and systems integration for our financial services clients, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to build and implement technology solutions in trading, risk, settlement, or compliance platforms.
• Work on projects involving capital markets systems such as trade lifecycle management, market data integration, FIX protocols, and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct system testing, support UAT, and coordinate defect resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for business-critical capital markets applications.
• Assist in documenting solution architecture, process flows, and system configurations.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
