Job Summary:

Deloitte is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst specializing in Authentication and Authorization technologies, including SAML, OIDC, and Entra ID. The candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing secure identity and access management solutions across client environments to ensure robust security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement authentication and authorization solutions using SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Collaborate with security architects and application teams to integrate identity solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations and Identity Federation setups.
• Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity management issues, providing technical support and guidance.
• Develop technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enforce access controls and identity governance policies.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in identity and access management technologies.
• Participate in security audits and provide remediation recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on Authentication and Authorization protocols like SAML and OIDC.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID / Azure Active Directory for identity management and access control.
• Strong understanding of security concepts, identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Experience integrating identity solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Prior consulting experience is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CISSP, or similar are a plus.
