Your work profile

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend process optimization initiatives.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define automation strategies, and deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and other technical documentation.
• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation bots and workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Investigate automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and operational standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing automation best practices and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale automation solutions that improve business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Key skills required

• 3–8 years of experience in Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or Workflow Automation.
• Hands-on experience with one or more RPA platforms, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, and process optimization.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, VB.NET, or C#.
• Good understanding of APIs, web services, and enterprise system integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with process mining and intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale automation programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, OCR, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions is an added advantage.
• Experience with OCR tools such as ABBYY FlexiCapture and Process Mining platforms such as Celonis is desirable.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA platforms are preferred.
