  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to SAP CC/CM functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Business, and Retail to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP CC and CM solutions.
  • Support deployment and upgrade activities of SAP CC/CM applications.
  • Assist in configuration and customization as per business requirements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
