Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant and Fiori Lead at Deloitte, you will drive the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of SAP Fiori and UX modernization programs for global clients. You will lead project workstreams, guide UI development teams, own solution architecture decisions, and ensure delivery of scalable and user-centric SAP Fiori applications across S/4HANA and BTP environments. The role requires a blend of hands-on expertise, design thinking, leadership, and client advisory skills.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Leadership & Architecture

• Own Fiori and UI/UX solution architecture for S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Lead requirement workshops, blueprinting and design approval governance with client stakeholders.
• Define SAP Fiori app strategy (Custom/Standard/Enhancement/Fiori Elements).
• Oversee implementation CI/CD models, code quality, reusability, and performance improvement.

Development & Delivery Execution

• Lead a team of SAPUI5 developers and ensure delivery of high-quality UI applications.
• Architect and develop applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, OData services, CDS.
• Manage Fiori Launchpad configuration – catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, roles & security.
• Enable analytical Fiori applications using Fiori Elements, Smart Controls, CDS-based KPIs, analytical query apps.
• Provide technical guidance on integration with BTP, Gateway, MDK, Mobile Services.

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Act as the primary front-facing SME for all Fiori and UX scope areas.
• Perform UX assessments, propose to-be workflow models and digital simplification opportunities.
• Provide solution demos, feasibility evaluations, effort estimation and delivery planning.
• Present UI design recommendations to senior client leadership, COE groups and product owners.

Team & Project Leadership

• Lead sprint planning, backlog management, code reviews and performance optimization routines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (SD/MM/Finance/EWM/ABAP/Basis/Security/BTP/CPI).
• Mentor junior consultants, train UI developers and support competency building.
• Ensure timely delivery across build, SIT/UAT, cutover, hypercare & post-go-live stabilization.
