Your work profile

• Lead and support SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration activities across business and technical workstreams
• Work extensively with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM/DMC) for migration object preparation, transformation, and data load execution
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities for master and transactional data
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, mapping rules, and validation criteria
• Conduct data profiling, data quality assessments, deduplication, and cleansing activities
• Build and execute ETL jobs to extract data from ECC systems and load into S/4HANA environments
• Manage field mapping, templates, transformation rules, and preload/post-load validation processes
• Work with SAP HANA Studio and SQL for data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
• Support mock loads, cutover planning, reconciliation, and hypercare activities during deployment
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful migration delivery in a large multi-vendor environment

Key skills required

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM / DMC)

Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration projects

Experience with SAP HANA Studio and SQL for HANA

Strong expertise in ETL development and orchestration

Experience in data profiling, data quality rules, deduplication, and data cleansing

Ability to perform field mapping, manage templates, and apply transformation rules

Hands-on experience in master and transactional data migration

Experience in preload and post-load validation activities

LSMW experience for legacy data migration is an added advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively in a large multi-vendor environment
