Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Cutover Consultant to plan, manage, and execute data migration and cutover activities for SAP implementations (ECC/S/4HANA). The candidate should have strong expertise in cutover planning, data migration, and coordination across multiple workstreams to ensure a smooth transition to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end SAP cutover strategy and plan
• Coordinate cutover activities across functional, technical, and business teams
• Define cutover scope, timelines, dependencies, and rollback strategies
• Lead mock cutovers and dress rehearsals
• Ensure data readiness, validation, and reconciliation before go-live
• Work closely with data migration teams (LSMW, Migration Cockpit, ETL tools)
• Track and manage cutover tasks, issues, and risks
• Coordinate with BASIS team for system readiness and transport management
• Ensure business sign-offs and readiness for go-live
• Provide hypercare support post go-live

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in SAP cutover planning and execution
• Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA)
• Good understanding of SAP data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC, Migration Cockpit)
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
